The Ministry of Labour issued Resolution 3031 of 30 August 2023 in which it determined that:
- Any employer who currently has an authorisation to work overtime WITHOUT A SPECIFIC TERM OF PERIOD OF VALIDITY must apply to the Ministry of Labour for a new authorisation.
- To make this request, the Ministry of Labour granted a period of 6 months from 31 August 2023, i.e. until 28 February 2024.
- The maximum duration of the authorisation shall be up to 2 years.
