We provide preventive advice and comprehensive representation in persuasive actions or requirements in auditing processes carried out by the UGPP, whether for omission, delay or inaccuracy in the contributions to the comprehensive social security and parafiscal system, as well as in sanctioning procedures.

Our firm provides advisory and representation services to natural and legal persons before the requirements made by the Pension and Parafiscal Management Unit – UGPP – in relation to the adequate, timely and complete payment of contributions to the Social Protection System.

Legal services include preventive diagnostics, together with advice to companies on the preparation and submission of documents and reports requested by the UGPP in the information requirement. In addition, we act as attorneys during the entire administrative process, which includes the definition of defence strategies, the formulation of objections to the requirement to declare and/or correct, the filing of the appeal for reconsideration against the official liquidation, and if necessary, the formulation of legal actions before the Jurisdiction.
