The current regulation is 8 working days, from the enactment of the regulation, it will be 2 weeks.
The idea is to make paternity leave 5 weeks.
Conditions to reach 5 weeks
The law also stated that the condition will depend on the decrease of the structural unemployment rate, as compared to the time of the entry into force of this law.
A methodology needs to be foreseen for a verification in December each year.
