Circular 072 of 2021- Registration of self-assessment and improvement plans OSHMS

On 30 November 2021, the Ministry of Labour issued Circular 0072 informing about the virtual channel where companies must register the self-assessment and improvement plans of the OSHMS.

In accordance with this Circular, companies must register the self-assessment of the OSHMS and the Improvement Plan.

For this purpose, it granted a period of 2 months starting on 1 December 2021 and ending on 31 January 2022.

It also established other obligations:

1. Submit a copy of the self-assessment and the improvement plan to the ARL.

2. Report to the Ministry of Labour on the progress of the improvement plan in July each year.

3. Design in December of each year the annual OSHMS plan for the following year.

These are derived from Resolution 0312 of 2019 and Decree 1072 of 2015.

The link where companies should register is https://www.fondoriesgoslaborales.gov.co/, then go to the self-assessment report form of minimum OSHMS standards where after filling in the form, click on “send”.

You will receive a confirmation of the registration sent to the registered e-mail address and you will be able to know the score by clicking on “Know score”.
